Directing a new play by AMY JAN SIMON!

The magnificent AMY JAN SIMON wrote and stars in a Staged Reading of her brand new play, BELLA ABZUG: THAT BEAUTIFUL, BALLSY BROAD WHO GAVE ’EM HELL!

I have the honor of directing this wonderful woman in this wonderful piece about the irrepressible Bella Abzug. Bella was one of the women of the 1960s and ’70s who took the hard knocks fighting for equality. She paved the way for future generations of women to have a real seat at the table — in government and in life.

The Reading takes place Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 2p.
